Polo worked with an overseas partner to design and manufacture a thermoformed fabric and foam case for an automated external defibrillator. Our customer needed a more rigid style case to protect the AED device.
Various compression boots and accessory items used for performance recovery are stored inside of the case. This case is primarily used by professional athletic trainers to store and transport our customer’s recovery system equipment.
Kevlar Head Nets, Protective head nets are worn underneath a firefighter’s helmet to prevent their hair from catching on fire and burning. The head nets secure to a firefighter’s face mask to remain tight against the head.
Polo manufactures two color versions of this hood, black and green. The outer material is hypalon sewn to an inner material layer of cotton duck. Polo heat seals the customer supplied rubber face plate to the hood exterior.
The holster’s exterior material is foliage green, 600 denier polyester laminated to cross-link PE foam. The holster’s binding is black nylon and it is sold with a nylon webbing shoulder strap.
The case’s exterior material is black 600 denier polyester laminated to EVA foam. The case’s interior liner is black pique. The exterior binding is red gross-grain nylon webbing and this case has an injection molded handle and zipper closure. Materials are RoHS compliant.
