Fixtured Screwdriving Systems with Automatic Feeding

WEBER fixtured screwdrivers can be attached to a frame or to a robot and use a modular design that allows fast changeovers to other modules and drives. Models with screwdriver stroke and head stroke are available, all with an automatic feed system.

Feeders for Automatic Screwdriving Systems

WEBER offers a line of step and bowl feeders that allow their screwdrivers to have cycle rates as low as 0.8 seconds. Step feeders are designed to minimize vibrations and enable processing of surface-coated and sensitive parts and to reduce noise emissions.

Fasteners - Nearly all of DIRAK’s fastener product range consists of SNAP-LINE products with integrated D-SNAP® Technology for quick, tool-less installation. These products can be easily inserted by hand into sheet metal panels for quick and secure fastening without the use of tools.

Swinghandles - DIRAK offers a wide range of swinghandles that can be integrated into single or multi-point locking applications. Hinges - Given our extensive range of hinge products, we can meet practically any customer requirement, such as: Surface mounted or nested doors, Wide degree of opening angles, Use in isolated or adjacent cabinets, Concealed or visible mounting positions, Lift-off or easily removable, Tool-less assembly with our SNAP-LINE products.

Light Duty Mechanical Control Systems

Control cables commonly used for transmission of linear motion in a straight line such as throttle control, brake engagement, power take-off engagement, engine choke, clutch & drive engagement, speed selection, and mechanism lock out and release.

Panel Control Systems

Panel Control Systems consist of power take off, turn-to-lock, and Vernier Control systems. These three systems are designed for remote PTO shifting operations, severe vibration applications where a lock is needed (i.e. chokes and throttles), and applications needing precise RPM settings.

Push-Pull Control Systems

Push-Pull Assemblies are used in numerous applications requiring the transmission of force. These assemblies are used when the transmission of force is required in both directions of the assembly travel such as throttle control, drive activation, remote disconnects, and valve actuation.

Brake Cable and Lever Systems

Brake cable and lever systems are mechanical control systems used for brakes on a variety of vehicles and equipment. Various sizes and hardware options are available and customizable to the application.

Remote Valve Control Systems

Wescon’s RVCs are designed to allow the operator to manually control a hydraulic valve or hydrostatic transmission from a distance. Common applications are for dump truck beds, snow plow blades, and farm equipment and can be found inside a cab or on the opposite side of equipment.

Rotary Push-Pull Lever Control Systems

A rotary push-pull control is a push-pull control that utilizes a lever instead of a plunger style control to transmit force in both directions of the assembly travel. These can be mounted on either a panel or a handle bar and are commonly found on throttles and light duty hydraulic valves.
